PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
By completing the details and clicking the "submit" button on the order form you are offering to buy the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
We will then confirm by email whether your order is accepted. It is only when you receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order is accepted that we have a binding contract.
Within the confirmation email, you will be provided with a download book reader and a download file containing your copy of ‘An Insider Guide To Car Finance’ along with any other ebook publications included in the offer.
If you choose to print out the order form and send a cheque as payment, then the contract will commence when we issue an email confirming acceptance of your order along with the instructions to start downloading your goods.
The contract to order exists between your self and Ghaf Publishing, the publisher of ‘An Insider Guide To Car Finance’.
In addition either you or we shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 90 days from the date we accept your order.
In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us within 30 days and you shall delete / uninstall all items unless free giveaways are provided in which case you will be allowed to keep these items.
All orders are cleared by our secure server system in conjunction with Paypal. This system uses the latest technology to ensure that your credit card details are secure and safe.
